Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of financial and accounting services in accordance with and exceeding client expectations in productivity and quality. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading large project teams, rectifying reliability issues, intelligent problem solving, decision making, progress monitoring, KPI tracking and managing budgets

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers and ensure excellent customer experience

  • Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery in accordance with business requirements

  • Manage all aspects of customer onboarding and the entire Transition life cycle

  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues and manage a team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  • Manage conflicts and ensure the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently as per SOPs

  • Determine ways to optimize costs and effectively manage the FTE count within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction

  • Assess customer feedback and leverage creative methods to establish, improve and refine services

  • Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to streamline services, delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise

  • Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the performance of the business

  • Provide accurate monthly/quarterly MIS data for management review and analysis

  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving

Education

  • Master Degree in M.com /MBA Finance will be added advantage

  • CA / CMA / CPA preferred

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment

  • Excellent skills in customer service, leadership, project management, quality control and resource planning

  • Ability to define, simplify and standardize processes and implement best practices in assigned projects

  • Proactive thinking and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Highly organized, focused and able to meet deadlines without affecting work quality

Experience

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in managing people and handling process delivery in a client-facing role

  • Demonstrated experience in project management will be an added advantage

  • Good grasp of the end-to-end financial management of the Real Estate and Property accounting domain

  • Familiarity in handling US Clients and willing to work in US time zone (night shift in India)
