Group Leader - Finance and Accounting
Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensure smooth functioning of overall accounts
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality analytical reports and impactful results on assigned projects
Possess end-to-end accounting knowledge and a complete understanding of client requirements
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and the ability to present information at various levels
Accomplish projects on time-saving, cost-saving, quality improvement, and foolproof mechanisms
Create and maintain process documentation, and update it on a timely basis
Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis
Assist with hiring processes and new team member training.
Onboard new clients and manage governance transitions
Drive L&D programs for F&A and customize training for both freshers and career growth
Handle BAU calls and escalate management for clients.
Manage attrition targets.
Review overall staff performance, and maintain trackers on leaves, BCP, and process.
Ensure timely revert to client emails and clarification process KPI, dashboards, and metrics preparations.
Be flexible to work in shifts.

Job Requirements
Ability to work with accounting concepts
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills
Ability to manage time and energy in an efficient, effective, and organized manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting tools
Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
MBA Finance/M.com/CA inter.
Experience
Minimum 10-13 years of experience in F&A Operations with a team size of 20 to 25 members
Good communication skills and ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously and cope with a changing working environment
Experience in a multinational organization or shared services environment will be an advantage.
